Questions
How do I make an online sign-up sheet?
Start a Pip, choose the sign-up list type, and type or paste one row per item. Add a limit to any row that should only take a set number of people, then share the link by text or email. People claim rows without making an account.
Is Pip's sign-up sheet free?
Yes. Creating a sign-up sheet, sharing it, and collecting responses is free, with no ads or pop-ups shown to the people signing up.
Can I limit how many people claim each row?
Yes. Every row can have its own limit. Once a row is full it is marked full and people move on to what is still open, which is what keeps you from getting nine bags of chips and no cups.
Can I collect an RSVP on the same sheet?
Yes. Add an RSVP section to the same link so people reply yes, no, or maybe and say how many they are bringing. You get the headcount and the list in one place.
What if the date is not settled yet?
Start with a date poll. Offer a few options, let people tap what works, and lock the winner. Your sign-up list can stay closed until the date is set so nobody signs up for the wrong day.
Can I see who has not responded?
Yes. Pip shows what has been claimed and what is still open, so you know exactly what to chase instead of rereading a group chat.
