Set a limit on each row. Once one person claims the cake, the row shows as full and the next guest picks something still open.
Can I keep the guest list private?
Yes. Keep it link-only so only people you invited can open it, or add a passcode. You can also make it public if you want it shareable.
Can guests change their answer?
Yes. They reopen the link, update their RSVP, or release an item they can no longer bring, and your view updates with it.
