For when one more group text might break you
One link.
Everyone's in.
Class parties, team snacks, potlucks, volunteer shifts, game nights. Pick a date, fill the sign-ups and get a headcount on one link, and everyone answers in one place. Easy on a phone, no ads.
About Pip
Pip is a free way for any group to plan together. It combines date polls, sign-up sheets, and RSVPs into one simple, shareable link. Whether you are organizing a class party, team snack schedule, or a night out with friends, Pip keeps everything in one place so plans actually make it out of the group chat.
What Pip handles for you
Date poll
Drop in a few dates and let Pip herd the cats. Everyone taps what works, the best date pops to the top. No more “Which Saturday works for everyone?” threads.
Sign-up list
Snacks, potluck dishes, classroom supplies, volunteer shifts: Pip is your sign-up sheet for any group. Set limits for each slot and when it’s full, it’s done.
RSVP
Pip doubles as an RSVP tool: one link, one clear headcount. Guests can RSVP yes / no / maybe and add how many people they’re bringing.
Contact Lists
“Does anyone have her number?” Share one link and everyone in the group adds themselves, picks what they share, and you approve who joins. Teams, neighborhoods, carpools, class parents.
How Pip works
Create your event in a minute
Choose a date poll, sign-up list, RSVP, or all three. Pick dates, paste a list, or just set a title.
Share one link
Text it, email it, or drop it in the group chat. Guests don't download anything. They just leave a name and an email or phone.
Watch RSVPs and sign-ups roll in
See who voted, who’s coming, and what’s covered in real time. Want Pip to nudge whoever’s missing? That’s Pip Plus.
Lock the date and tell everyone
Once the best date wins, lock it and share the final plan so the group actually shows up. With Pip Plus, Pip emails the changes and a day-before recap for you.
Why groups
love Pip
Built for one-handed, on-the-go planning. Big buttons, clean layout, no pinching or zooming through a ten-column spreadsheet. Two taps and they’re done.
Pip keeps your crew’s info private. Nothing is public; you share a link with your people, and for classroom, team, or group events you can add a passcode so only the right folks get in.
No ads, no clutter, no confetti gimmicks. Just clear date polls, sign-up sheets, and RSVPs in one simple spot so you can get in, get it planned, and get back to your actual life.
Questions people ask
Is my event public?
No. Pip is private by default. There is no public directory and no search. Only people with your link can open the event.
What does a passcode do?
For classroom, team, or group events, you can add an optional passcode. Guests need the link plus the passcode to respond, so you can share them separately for a little extra control.
What can guests see before they RSVP?
Guests see the event title, dates or slots, and any details you add. For polls and RSVPs, you can hide the running results so guests only see their own answers. Organizers always see the full list.
Do my guests need an account?
Not for public or passcode events. They tap the link, leave a first name and an email or phone so you can reach them, and respond. No password, no app download. Private-link events do ask guests to sign in, so you know exactly who answered.
Is Pip free?
The essentials are free forever: date polls, sign-up sheets, RSVPs and Contact Lists. Pip Plus adds the chasing, like automatic nudges, change alerts and day-before recaps, plus templates and calendar checks.
Take one thing off your plate
Got a class party, team snack schedule, birthday dinner, or girls’ night you still haven’t organized? Create it in Pip, text the link to your group, and let the RSVPs and sign-ups roll in while you do literally anything else.
